import into 2d, with viewbase command, single parts of a 3d block

good morning, I would like to know if and how, with autocad, it is possible to import in 2d, in the paper space, with the viewbase command (from model space) the individual 3d parts (which in turn constitute a 3d block) without necessarily having to explode the block itself. this to allow to extrapolate and quota the individual parts of 3d elements that constitute the blocks themselves (e.g. pillar (element 1) with capital (element 2) and foundation (election 3) = block a. I would like to extrapolate in 2d, exporting it to the paper space, without exploding the block, only the foundation).

I don't think you can. works with layers and uses the geompiatta command rather. . .
