impossible to access the file

as from title very often if st3 returns me the aforementioned error as I go to change the descriptions or other on "ownership"-"management property" of a set. what can be the cause?
I forgot, the error manifests when saving the file.

Could be a network problem, like some network cable or a little dancer switch... .

...I don't think, but I noticed that it happens (not always known) when I have open designs (part or dft) that depend on the axieme on which I modify the properties
