insert transferable constraints into ansys

Good morning, everyone! !
I would need a suggestion on how to insert apdl into ansys of the bonds transferable to the base of a dome, or better for now of a single circle. I tried to create a cycle with *do, but it does not recognize the keypoints in which it should insert the springs. Does anyone know a command that allows me to do it?
