inserting normalized elements in assembly

Good morning!
I am a teacher and, as self-taught already teaching on catia, I am entering nx10 in the program of study of our course.
Now, having downloaded the standard library provided by siemens, I can insert the components (in the example a screw) and bind it to the other part.
after saving the files (assembly and part) and closing them, the screw is not loaded at the next opening and the message you can see on the image is displayed.
Can you give me a hand?

the insertion of a 'normalized' takes place, in this case, in two stages:
file creation (it is like a file of a part family)
save in a directory that is not the work one.
you have to do one of the two things:
save the normalized in the same directory where there is the axieme
or
change the axieme loading options (file > loading options I believe but I use it in English) setting 'as saved'
nx offers other possibilities, you have to look at the help on axiemi and load options and much more.

I set the axiemi loading options as from image, I also added a rosette to assembly and everything seems to work.
I still have trouble saving the normalized as part. hiring it as part of work and doing a "save only part of work", I get the following message. . .
for example catia also saves normalized in the same directory using "saving management" and "propaga directory".

If I see well the normalized is already saved (the iconine is that of the part families) so you can't manage it, to do something done well you should centrally point all pcs to a single directory and insert it into the search path (look in the help should be something or connected to the siemens site https://community.plm.automation.siemens.com/ and look for rob cohon customization). It's not a simple thing.

I take this post in my hand because I find myself more or less the same problem; I tried to search in the marked link but unfortunately it does not work; I also tried to look for the customization of rob cohon but I find nothing (maybe I look for).
I try to explain in short my problem:
I have created a folder where a little at a time I am inserting components like part family;
I do the 3d file of the part and then I generate the krx.
when I work I hold all the files created inside a single folder (because then for backup we will burn the folder on a dvd); So I generate a set where I create the various parts that I need and also insert my part family of reusable components.
at this point however, having the file opening settings from folder the part family do not open me and appear to me the various error messages quoted by the op.
Now I would like to ask if there is a way to make nx understand that there are reusable components inside the axieme and even if I'm opening the files from the folder he understands that he must look for all the files in the workbook but more recognize the part family and go look for these parts in the folder where I created them?
I use nx11.
I hope I've been clear, if not ask and try to explain myself better.

when you generate prt from krx where you save it?
when you open the local axieme with what load options you open it?
do backup by simply copying the folder? And you just need it on file?

I think I understand this:
you have directories where reusable prt files and a work directory are generated.
to open all the files the roads are two: to use the load options 'as saved' or to explicitly give the 'from search folders' (i.e. the work one and the one where there are the normalized). Keep in mind that with the first ('as saved') if you move a file from one folder to another does not find it. in the 'from search folders' you know, or you should know, that if you put three dots after the path you also look for in the subfolders. example, suppose you have the project in the c folder:\client\progettoxyz and the m10 screw in the c folder:\normalized\hexagonal head invitations
then your 'from search folders' will be:

c:\client\progettoxyz\
c:\normalized\.. .

nx will look in the first folder and in all subfolders of normalized.

that I know there is no way to disconnect the files generated with the krx if not rename them one by one.

load options can be saved and recalled. and when you open nx you call them back.

I use it with custom tamplates, even if I'm still working on it, and I use it for the company I'm in.
