install autocad 2008 32bit on i5 64bit

Hello, everyone! I have a problem...I would like to install a version of autocad (2008 for precision) with which I was from god, on a pc with processor i5 to 64bit...my problem is that the copy of autocad 2008 in my possession is 32bit and at the time of launch of the installation tells me that it is impossible to install this version of autocad 32bit as the processor is 64bit.
What do I do? Is there some kind of plug-in or solution to my problem?

I heard about emulators using 32-bit software. the problem is that if your pc has 6 ram giga you use it at max 4. try to ask directly to autodesk assistance.

I don't know. Even though the strange thing is that some 32-bit applications quietly run under win7 64.
but mom autodesk has placed a verification already in place of installation, it means that the program expects certain points of support that will find different between 32 and 64 bit.
the solution I found (for a friend's laptop) was downgrading the preinstalled win7 64 with the win7 32 supplied insiame to the laptop on dvd.
because it had only 4gb of rams (which is the 32-bit limit) and had no intention of installing any other, the change was an almost mandatory step.
if you have more than 4gb the speech gets complicated, because with the 32 bit you would run the autocad but you would lose the use of part of the ram

no no pass to 32 is out of discussion! Besides the fact that of gb I have 8 (I will lose half) I have other programs that I have specially taken in the 64bit version... if there is no solution I will continue to use autocad on the old pc... than beard though!

if instead ecathe has win7 to 64bit, then it will be supported by a minimum of 8 gb of the starter version, up to a maximum of 192 gb of the ultimate.

a way out could be the installation of 32bit autocad in xp_mode environment, but depends on what version of win7 has.

when you bought autocad you certainly received the two supports with x86 and x64 versions... or didn't you buy it?

I downloaded it free of charge from the site autodesk student Comunity (at the time when the version 2008 had just been released) as I am university student. on the site 2008 there is no more...start since 2010 ahead.. .

the student license covers all the available software and was extended this year to 36 months overall with possibility of renewal...so it is still valid. the only problem is to recover the r2008...I already have the version 2009 but unfortunately (or fortunately) I use mainly parametric modeling software like revit and allplan and the small amount of operations that I still carry out with autocad is not worth the "fatigue" to look for the commands in the new versions (where they were moved all or almost all)... but if there is no other solution I will follow. Also because I don't want to declassify the new pc to turn a single program!
