installation problems

Good morning.
In recent days I've been desperately trying to install inventor in my laptop. but with negative effects. I tried both inventor 2016-2014-2013 (also the respective free trial) but all during the installation phase manifest the presence of lack of connection and end the installation. I tried both to install it connected to the internet, that not, but the error is the same.
Can anyone help me?

Student license. I joined the inventor site and use the credentials provided by them. But even, I start the installation and it doesn't even ask me. then go into installation error.
