Hello everyone,
I would have an inherent question of the interpretation of results of a random vibration analysis in ansys workbench 15.0.
applying a psd acceleration spectrum, the output values of the equivalent stress of von misses what they represent?
the value (with a degree of confidence defined by sigma) of the alternating voltage that is generated in the material following the application of the excitation spectrum? in case this is the correct interpretation, that value represents the amplitude of alternating voltage (max - sigma min) or the half amplitude?
