irreversible error during modification of materials

Good evening to all,
I am a new user of this forum.
about a week ago I started having big problems with my cad program: when the change of materials in the drop down menu the 2017 autocad program crashes and reports the following message:
irreversible error: unhandled access violation reading 0x1128 exception at 1fcb3600h
After that the program stops and asks me to send the error notification.
until last week I worked on autocad 2016 which is I uninstalled after several recovery attempts to install then 2017; for the first 3/4 hours of work no problem until here I found the same error.
I was initially convinced that the problem was caused by installing the medium material library, but also because of the uninstallation, as I already told you, it was re-presented. I tried to install also the various hotfixes and service pack hoping to find a solution to the poblem but nothing.
I use the version for students on a lenovo x1 carbon of 2015 (the graphics card of the pc is not in theory among those recommended for the program).
Once the error is generated, this is promptly resumed at every reopening of the material modification card. I don't really know how to behave, I hope you can help me.

I understand 100% I have exactly the same problem and I don't know what to try to solve it. the only thing that currently works is to uninstall completely and reinstall autocad. at first everything works but after a while the problem is resumed.. .
