keyboard stops working while using solidworks

good evening, I have a problem for several months with solidworks, that is during the use (work) of this software, every two for three, the keyboard stops working (but only with this software... opening other programs/google the keyboard works normally)... to solve the problem you have to close solidworks every time and reopen it, so doing the keyboard works normally for the rest of the day

I think it's some weird update. in my life it happened no more than 3-4 times. I confirm that it only happens in solidworks while on other programs it continues to work.
It just disappeared.
I agree, feel the assistance.

actually happened on all the workstations we have in the company following an update.
