language pack revit 2013

good evening to all, I have a problem, I have vain various searches on the web but I did not understand how to install language packages in autodesk software in particular with revit 2013.
practically in the office we have subscriction and we arrived the pen with the suite of 2013, only that it is completely in English.

on the site of the autodesk have published the individual language packs, to be downloaded, intended for various applications.

How do I install them?
I tried various methods but I couldn't make the version in Italian.

Did any of you have this problem? Can you help me? thank you very much for your availability and support you give with your forum:finger:

Actually emily these questions you should ask your dealer and not on a forum. I tell you that installing language packs on revit 2013 generates some cases. better install it directly in Italian. if you go to subscription center you have the option to download it (in Italian of course) or to request the sending of the usb pen with the localized software.

ah ok I thought they were normal packages to install independently, without begging support to the dealer. I have done several tests to install it (because I'm not really a shoe with the computer) but everything was vain.. I also tried to download the full version of the Italian suite from the official website autodesk but I planted half the download (about 20 gb). .
