line with imput direct quota

Bye to all,
usually use inventor, but a customer wants at all costs a design with mechanical; question:
What is the setting to make quotas appear directly when you draw a line? It seems to me that once you could attribute length and inclination directly as you "drave" a line. now, as it is 3 years that I do not use a 2d, will there be any command to activate?

would you like to create the dimensional quota on the line, I mean the quota that in the workshop read on the design? It's not possible.
if you want to see on the screen the measurements of the entity you are drawing test with f12
