Good morning.

Does anyone have any experience in creating/designing paper mating machines?
the customer asks me to insert a group of this type in a line for the realization of tablecloths that normally are of paper.
the product to be used should be obtained from the coupling of 21g paper with polytene films, of which I do not yet have all the characteristics, carried out both by coils, coupled immediately before the embossing phase. .

I look for someone who has experience or can offer me support for design. .

depends on what you mean by mating. If it's a machine that puts together a plastic film and a paper roll I'd say it's not difficult. in lombardia there are technical design studies that follow this field and you can very well ask them to advise/study project.

In essence you have two rolls that roll one on the other and there may be a paper heating system and an inductive charging system on the plastic film to join the two rolls. Obviously there is a dancer system that regulates the tension of the paper not to tear it, there is a pinchroll that pulls the material towards the embossed. This is what I know because I don't deal with paper and plastic on my own but I usually stick them on top and under the sheet that flows but talking to those who only make paper/plastic the system I saw doing is practically what I described you.
