missile and analysis

I don't know if I'm in the right section but I need your help.

I am doing an aerospace engineering thesis on the study and structural analysis of a missile in particular sidewinder aim9l.

the analysis began with a modal analysis of the body thanks to the msc patran nastran program.

now that I have the ways of vibration of the body I should do an aerodynamic analysis with fluent but how do I impose aerodynamic loads?
In the sense: Do I have to take into account the ways of vibration of the body or apply aerodynamic forces free to the body?
