missing the dialog box when opening new files

Hello everyone!! Recently when I try to open a new blank file on autocad 2012 I no longer open the window to choose the type of sheet/file to use, but a writing appears in the bar below, as from image. What can I do to restore the situation as before?

I finally managed, or better you managed!! Thank you very much!! the first thing I did is search on google and so doing I found this site, to which I had enrolled long ago!! If it still happens to me, I will do a more accurate search! !
