model boiling forced convection in fluent

I would like to build a model to simulate the boiling in forced convection of a water flow in a heat exchanger.
the title of the steam should pass from 0 to 1, thus crossing all the various motion regimes.

is it possible to carry out such a simulation in fluent 13.0?
How do you get the water to which you should start to change phase?

You can do it. At the moment I don't have the sw, but you should set a steam mix as a fluid, the steam tables should be available in the bookcases or are easy to find in terms of pressure, temperature, quality and envelope. the calculation of the steam fraction is made on the basis of the local thermodynamic properties and is therefore implicit, as well as the ental balances that give the temperatures.
