monitor advice

I am in the situation of having to change monitors in the company and for this reason I could upgrade my cad station.

variants are:

1) replace current 19" with a 22/24
2) alongside the current 19" another 19"

What do you think? (especially hypothesis 2? )

crt or lcd?
I replaced all monitors with 22" lcd (+ flanked a 17/19 inch).
on 22" we work with cad, with 19 opening the rest of the windows.

I can't eat with crt, too much trouble in the eyes
