move multifunction bar from vertical to horizontal

Greetings to everyone, I am a new member!
I opened as I always do autocad lt 2013 and, while changing a hydraulic scheme, I found the vertical multifunction bar.
I consulted the help on the net but I did not find any article that indicates how to bring the bar back in its usual horizontal position.
Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Sestro button on the bar, selections mobile and drag her wherever you want. careful not to have the barrels of the blocked tools (variable lockui)

the lockui variable is set to 0
the bar moves in all directions but remains vertical

Hello everyone, they are in the same conditions. I try but I can't react to the bar horizontally.
I'm demoralized.
work with autocad lt 2018. tools - palettes- multi function bar and it appears vertically to dx.
I've seen that I can anchor it right or left but it doesn't talk horizontal.
on online guide I read that you position horizontal by default but ....not put it on me. I honestly don't know that's the cause or what I've ratted to make the bar disappear from its place.
