Hello everyone,

I have just started working with revit and I have my problem:

I am working on a residential district, in which all the projects within it are similar (structure, details, shapes,...), although with some small differentiation (e.g. the internal layout, the location of the garage, the ground,...).

As I have to produce for each unit the same documentation (plants, prospects, sections, details, calculations, views...), I wanted to know if there is a method on revit that can save me time.

I basically have several houses in the same neighborhood.
are similar but not equal, something changes for each of these.
I would not like to draw all the villas individually as it would mean losing too much time.

So I would like to know if there is a method on revit to simplify these processes.

For example, can you create a file that contains all the information and share this information with the files that contain the individual villas?

Yes, if in each floor there are alternative solutions

Yes, by inserting the rvt file into another project groups are selectable for view

not for your purpose. for sliding custom parameters (located on external files) on n projects
