Bye to all,
I am new to this forum but looking at your discussions I know that you will be able to solve my problem.
I am struggling with an axisymmetric model within which I have 2 different phases: mediums of cultivation and hydrogenics. My problem is that the hydrogenic phase (phase 2) is already inside the device so it does not have a speed of entry. when imposed as boundary an inlet speed of zero (always for the second phase) simulating various time steps does not plot me the mass fraction of this phase and gives me zero everywhere.. How do I? Is there any parameter or something I need to set? ?
Thank you very much in advance

Hello, I have never faced similar cases but I believe if you did not put an outlet because of the consevation of the mass it is not possible for fluent to insert the second substance....for these types of problem I do not know how to proceed...I believe that there is an option to activate somewhere to say that inside the container there is no fluid at 100%.

In case you let me know if you find a solution

thanks and good day

Okay. thank you so much now I see a little and in case I let you know.. and anyway from what I understand you should set a mass fraction %.

Thanks again
