not change quotas

very strange behavior, what version and mp you use? Have you tried to erase solid edge logs?

use solid edge st3. I uninstalled, deleted logs and deleted all folders. And nothing.
to fix I formatted and reinstalled.

I have spent 2 times, same problem on 2 different installations of st4 , I solved by manually modifying the registry entries.
