objectarx deactivation and not operation of certain commands

I wanted to ask for a suggestion on a strange anamolia with autocad 2009.
to avoid losing too much time in loading a file that contains objectarx , coming from some colleagues, I disabled on options -> open and save -> objectarx applications commands :
loading objectarx operations and
replacement images for custom objects.

back on autocad I made some changes and I realized that the commands:_Properties (property)'_quickcalc' (calculator)'_matchprop (correspondence property)
and I do not exclude perhaps some other ones from the command line:
unknown command press f1...............

to solve the problem I uninstalled autocad and reinstalled by dvd.

I wanted to ask if this problem is a recurring thing, or if according to the vs. experiences was a coincidence.

the operating system on which is installed autocad 2009 and wv 32 bit.

same thing in 2007. some commands are disabled, but I noticed that if you then set "rename command" or "relevat object and call command" and you save everything back as before, and also returning to disable the arx loading, the commands remain active and working. very strange

after installing autocad again, I don't know how but I found the express tools that give me the same error:
unknown command,premere f1 ................... others have alongside the command a ? inside a cloud; now everything is set to "receive object and call command" autocad commands work.
You think I made some mistakes in the new installation?
