oce scanner calibration sheet cs4030

I inherited an ocè scanner cs4030 but I was not delivered the calibration sheet.
I practically can't use it until I rebook it.
it seems that they sell the maintenance kit within which the sheet is also present.
I therefore ask whether someone has such a sheet.

I recovered these info.
it is a particular sheet that besides having a white part, a
black, one of alignment rooms, etc, mounts a calibration sheet
special colours (it8 of the ash). .
the oce model cs4030 corresponds to the chameleont model 36 of the countx ma
also to model 4200 hp.

Earlx no longer provides parts for this model but the
code of the “sm caribration sheet” is: 6799d116.

our scanner is an ocè tds450
on the calibration sheet there is nothing written except part number and version (which is 28-11-2007)
the same goes for the countx which is a cougar 36 plus.
I'm sorry, but I couldn't find out more.

hi I recorded myself to tell you after a decade that the assistance teased you to get you to buy the kit at high price

I attach a couple of shots from the service manual, which indicates that the sheet is the same for all countxes of the time (and also after)

I am in the same boat. I have inherited a Contex Cougar 36 that seems to be in good working order, but no calibration sheet was included. It seems the part number for the sheet I need is 6799D116. I've had no luck in locating one. The technical manual has a decent drawing of the layout of the board. The only things missing are the Agfa IT8 section and the gray area bars. The Agfa IT8 should be easy enough to swap in. But the gray values are unknown. Also unknown is if the pattern in the top right area is crisp and accurate enough in the drawing to work when attempting to create a replica calibration board. I may have to give it a try if I have no luck finding an original.
