odds not visible in layout windows

Hello everyone! !

I can't view the odds on some layout windows.

If I create two layout windows one in scale 1:1 and one in scale 4:1, on scale 1:1 the odds are seen while on that 4:1 do not see, despite the two windows are practically identical, apart from the scale.

How do I solve the problem?

or are you using quotations
or in window 4:1 the quota layer is off

the quota layer is not turned off, they are probably annotative.

select the odds you want to see in the window with 4:1 scale and in their properties, in annotation scale, add the scale 4:1
