pale turbina pelton

Hello everyone,
as a university project I should draw the blades of a pelton turbine. I had thought of drawing the various front sections and then joining them by command "extrusion with loft", all along I have no idea how to "close" the spoon, or how to draw the inner part of the spoon. if someone has suggestions would be very welcome! :wink:

Just look at the pictures of the blades to see how the final section is made
