parameterization via formula

Hello, excuse me if I still take advantage of this forum.
I'm making a flanged hub in top-down mode. I was asked to use the formula command so that all measurements are parameterized according to the diameter of the shaft. I parameterized the length of the shaft and its housings for keystrokes and it's okay. I then realized the hub and I parameterized with the command formulates its sizes compared to the diameter of the tree. In this case, however, if I try to change the diameter of the shaft, the size of the hub does not adjust accordingly. What can I have done wrong?

I believe the selection in the formula, (if you miss the syntax of the command, it immediately generates error)

I usually
create geometry
I put the constraints
select the constraint, right click, formula, open the window, place me on the empty field, click on the constraint to be used that appears already ready with the syntax in the field and add the operands (e.g. /2 )
