pdm 2015 sp 303 e solidworks 2015: come configurare server

Hello, everyone!
use sw 2015 sp3.0 and I recently installed pdm 2015 sp3.0.
now I have installed everything and I have to configure the pdm so that it manages files on different partitions of the same disk;
to understand, the installation unit is c:\ while the data to manage are located in directors on d:\ and:\.
the configuration of the pdm however requires an ip address or server name;

Can you explain how to set up starting from scratch?
