Hi.
I'm new to the forum. . .
are a piping designer - piping engineering and also piping supervisor specialized in chemical and petrochemical plants, with a 5 year experience. implementation are in the high sea, in the true sense of the word, work in oil platform.
I use 2d/3d autocad since I was 16 years old, I'm not a "monster" to use it but I cable quite well.
It's a pleasure to meet you and exchange information in the forum.

I am looking for a pdm/pdms course that releases the appropriate certifications, someone can recommend one?

thanks and good day

ovviamemte had as already suggested or if you are interested you can apply to an engineering company that uses pdms and support internal training.

Maybe you mean you're looking for a course pds/pdms
Training centers practically do not exist , if you are still very young, under the thirty , if graduated, even less if graduated, you must inform yourself directly at the ,poche ,grosse engineering companies that deal with petrochemical plants, or try in the university that you have nearest that can give you info, I give you an example in the link, the course is old however that of the link is the top society of the fieldhttp://www.alitur.org/alitur2/index...orso-finalizzato-allassunzione-in-technip-kti

while doing the same pds and pdms are 2 very different sw, indeed to the antipods, come to the same result from different directions.
in fact the respective software houses are competitors, indeed pds is dead, it is true that many societies still use it, because now are years that ............ etc. etc.
but pds was replaced by smartplant3d, the same said for pdms, which is in retirement for everything3d (e3d).
Therefore I think that nuncio really wanted to say pdm and not pds.
There is also a special section on the forum:http://www.cad3d.it/forum1/forumdisplay.php?61-plm-pdm-edmpdms is a great db, as well as pds.http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/product_data_managementgreetings

p.s.
I have collaborated several years with my ,magari, engineering society with the technip of small rivers

I am sorry to contradict you but, without removing anything from technip, companies that offer training in the use of pds or pdms (but not other sw) are mostly smaller engineering companies. in other words sub-suppliers si technip, saipem, enel, tecnimont, etc. etc.
Obviously the companies mentioned do internal courses but mainly aimed at the management of engineering produced by those who "operatively" realizes the so-called retail engineering for plants.
As you will certainly know, it is the habit of large plant companies to set up tasks forces for each significant project by drawing personal from smaller companies that make up the real operational resource.

What about fish and coke and why would I mix them?
Since I have used pds for a long time and should re-use pdms, that is because I know them both because you think that nuncio does not want to mean pdm?

working in a smaller company I can only confirm word by word.
I only allow myself to add that, even when big companies do technical training on the sw (and sometimes they do it as it also says rotten), they turn for the aforementioned training directly to software houses that produce that or those programs.
This possibility, for a whole series of factors, in the first place costs, is usually precluded to smaller companies.
Nevertheless, the undersigned did the basic course of pdms with it.
greetings
