how do you quota layers of masonry in revit 2013?
the quotas identify me only the complete wall or the structural layer, while I want to quote the thickness of the various layers of the masonry.

Hello archfloris.
start the command quota, approach the pointer to the edge of the wall or the layer, press tab until it highlights the edge from which you want to quote and repeat on the other edge, always with the tab. in the image below, I designed one of the revit defalt walls, the exterior from 38 cm, with all the layers listed

Hello thanks for the answer.
I tried to quote the layers of the wall with the aligned quota and did not work, but instead in the same view (it is a section detail) if I quoto the loft comes perfectly.
same thing in the general section from which the detail is drawn.

What can be the problem? What has this wall different from the loft?

..or when you launch the command aligned share you will see that on the options bar a combobox appears that allows you to choose the references. choose "wall surfaces"

I tried on default wall and floor and it works

I checked that it was selected "wall surfaces", but while on the loft it takes every single change of material on the wall, some jump... I don't explain why.
I attach two pictures, one with the detail and the other with the window of the layers in the type of wall.
