polyflow does not "see" the neu file of gambit

I'm working on extrusion of a food polymer.
qui the previous 3d

now, I read for the network that there was a bug in converting the .neu file of gambit

I solved as recommended around opening polydata with a tutorial and from there was the option "convert gambit neutral file"

Good.

I have a strange thing: when I have to select the .neu file I put filters that are .neu .msh etc and I only appear the .msh file of the tutoria and not the .neu file! It's like it doesn't exist! yet gambit told me "done writing neutral file"

Can anyone help me please?

p.s. with gambit I did only mesh because in the tutorials I noticed that bounderies condition put after in polyflow....

Nothing. I also put all boundary conditions in gambit and practically writes this neu file but it is as if polyflow did not read it.

on the desktop there is a .neu file but when polyflow tells me select the neu file this does not appear in the list of filtered files like "neu, msh etc"

Does anyone of good will give me a hand?
