I'm starting because I think I never did.

I deal with mechanical design, mainly automation, and work for companies as a collaborator per game iva. in my professional experience I used gbg (to exhaustion), cadra (poco), think3 (pochissimo) and solid edge (now I dream it at night). I've been studying fem analysis for some time, using code_aster as a solutor and salome as a pre-post processor.

I'm moderator here in the solid edge forum and in a couple of other forums.

I live in the ascolan brand (you've ever wondered why they say brands plural? Because they're splitting in the ascolan brand and anconitane brand...) but they're often around, now the highway company sends me bakery and sparkling Christmas!

I take the opportunity to ask for some information about a problem on the part libraries

1-I installed the party administrator
2-I installed the piping library and machine parts
3-I added the new parts to the database, with fatigue but eventually I saw
the database has increased by size from 1 mega to 2 giga, I think it is a good sign:finger: even the recorded parts have increased to 9000 seems to me
-I generated the parts with the command generates

but surprise here I go on standard parts on solid edge I see the pieces but, the open and place command are disabled and I can't use the parts

Also on the part administrator I see the list of parts but when I click on a part do not activate the features.
