printing error in customizing sheets

I have already happened this that PC3, without users being able to put their hands on it, suddenly they no longer work. all the time I happened on stations with windows update active, and I solved reinstalling, replacing and not maintaining, the same driver of windows.

I noticed from the posted image you are trying to edit the sheet through "modifies standard sheet size". of course it should work but, since it doesn't work, try to implement changes from the driver or through "personal property" -> [personalizza proprietà] ?

what version of autocad you use?
Does this kind of mistake happen to you when you send in the press?
you happen with a specific driver and does not create the pc3 file, you tried to reinstall the driver before you clean the temp folder in c:\documents and settings and in the autocad plotter folder.
