problem catalystex

good evening, I'm trying to install the catalyst in a pc with windows 10, but at startup I receive the following error message.. How could I solve this?

good morning annal. if I don't read bad the catalist is a version 2.1
If so, I think it's ultra dated, of course it doesn't work with nx10.
I recommend you contact your stratasys supplier and ask for the updated version .
or install a more dated operating system, I think xp is the right
