I write you because in this last month we did an upgrade in the office buying a solidworks 2023 license for a new colleague.
I realized that I cannot see it because it is a "future" version of the file (I installed the 2018 version).
What can I do to see and work on the work he does? I'm "obligated" to update?

or install a 2018 on your partner's pc even if you have a 2023. Then you are all aligned.
