problem copy-paste in autocad 2016

Good morning to all,
from a few days I have a problem with autocad 2016 in the copy-paste command. . .simplely when I execute the command pastes any object is glued as a block, so to be able to work I must first explode...to what can be due?

ctrl+c and ctrl+v...but even if I use the right mouse button is always the same thing...I think it is some system variable that went crazy but sincerely I don't know which...

verify that the command associated with the glue is the correct one as indicated in the figure and is not instead that of the glue as a block
verify that the shortcut key is associated with the correct command

I checked and it's all as indicated in the figures...the problem still happens quite randomly, so as soon as it gets back I try to recheck the settings as indicated.

Good morning, I also have the usual problem, and as davide I checked and everything is set in the right way.
it only happens to me with specific files, but having already set various layouts I would avoid copying it all on a new file.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

here is the file...being a working file for obvious reasons I have erased everything, but as you can see the problem remains cmq doing copy and paste with any object.
the problem is either by typing ctrl+c and ctrl+v, either by selecting the right-click commands or tabs.
while not only manifested with right-click+copy selection.

Does the same thing happen by using the command from the autocad menu instead of working as a keyboard?

in the old versions of autocad, in the context menu that opens by right-clicking, it was possible to activate the option "paste as a block" (which would otherwise have remained inactive) simply by selecting the entity and click so that the grips appeared.
Mine just wants to be an attempt... It is possible that by working from keyboard you activate the grips and therefore autocad consider those selections as objects copied to paste as blocks. It is not said to be so, but I would have taken away my curiosity anyway by going to copy and paste using the menu command.

another attempt I would do it by operating the settings as described by mammals and saving the file immediately. then reopen it. Many autocad settings in fact become operational in subsequent file reopenings only if you save them in the file itself. In case the file is not saved, those settings would be lost. are those settings that allow various customizations and with which then go to create various custom dwts

of course, reopening the file only now from yesterday, now it works perfectly...... both by keyboard, and by right-click, that from the menu....
the same for the "version 3" file that I attached yesterday here.....
It is also true, as you say tristus, that yesterday I actually rechecked the customizations of the commands, and probably having saved, now it has become all operational.
I had also done some new saves by name (see exactly to save version 3 to attach here) so obviously among the various things I did something that solved the problem.

It can happen when a file was created by another designer who in the starting model file (when he created that file) was not set with those parameters. in that case, even opening the file with your autocad, that file will still be subject to the original settings with which it was created, as long as you do not change them and until you save the file with the new settings.

so if you want to create a new design that contains the settings described by massivonweizen check which dwt file refers to the starting dwg (very likely it is acad.dwt, change the settings and fix it immediately as acad.dwt model file. this not to have to change the settings to each file you create (in case the starting file does not contain those settings as they serve you).
