problem screen 2d artlantis studio 3

Hello everyone,
I press that it's the first time I've been working with this program.
I need to move the viewpoint of the camera to make an internal view of a 3d built in autocad. When I click on the display icon 2d I can not see neither the plant nor the lifts. If I move the mouse the white french in some points of the window becomes black and allows me to move the view, but "closed eyes".
Can someone explain to me what this problem can depend on?

I really don't know what happens with the 3ds made by autocad, they told me that in the past until version 2 of atl studio there were problems with the layers. but they also told me that they had solved them with the 3. Did you try to reexport with autocad exploded blocks?

I worked on the same file on a colleague's pc (same version of artlantis and same operating system... windows view) and the problem does not arise.
I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the program but in vain
