problem with front view not in axis

I apologize in advance if I have wrong title or open discussions already made, but I am a newbie and I have so much to learn again.

my question is this I have this drawing of together that I attach below with the problem of the view i.e. it is not in front axle with the components, it is possible to fix it by creating a new origin or axis or you dare to redesign the whole in a proper axis! ! !

depends on what you have to do, if it has to be oriented in that way you have to create a view with a different orientation so you can view it frontally.
otherwise you must bind the details so that they are aligned with the default plans and, consequently, with the views.
