problem with inserting dynamic blocks

Good evening.
I'm trying to create dynamic blocks.
everything goes well, but when I put them in a drawing I am forced to explode them before I can use them with their parameters.
I wonder: What then is the right procedure? I created them in a drawing with the block command, then exported them with mblocco.
Where am I wrong?

because otherwise they remain fixed blocks, without being able to access the parameters I set.

to me works perfectly, insert the dwg with insert, choose the visibility status to change the profile.
