problem with measuring distances in autocad 2013

good evening to all, I'm using autocad 2013 but since yesterday I have been presenting a problem that I can't in any way solve... I happen to have to use the ruler to measure the distances, but it happens that you go to create a sort of double line and a wrong and larger measure of the real one is returned. same thing if I try to measure a distance using the command line. This only happens to me sometimes and especially with small distances. What can be the problem?

but sorry, do you use the command line to measure a distance? the distance command is done for that but the other not. if daily what value does it give you? can you attach an entity with the problem?

no I use the ruler command, but sometimes to make faster use of the line (without tracking it) because I am more comfortable. Now I solved, the problem was that I had worked on a relief and the quotas of the lines were not reset

probably the lines are drawn on different planes, did you notice if the z value is different from 0?
try to rotate the view using the orbit command, you immediately notice
