problemi msc nastran 2023.1 e patran

Hello everyone, I'm a new member. I am an aerospace engineering student, and I am struggling with a project with nastran patran. Unfortunately I have been stuck for a long time because of continuous software errors.
I'll explain better. I often perform an analysis, find results, and at the next moment in which I want to correct something, like mesh, maybe infitting it, or using the model for another analog simulation, maybe changing the loads or constraints, gives me every time problems that often end with having to eliminate the job and start from scratch. It seems to me that these errors are occurring insistently with msc nastran2023.1 (student). in particular only today, he gave me 2 different errors:

1) tells me that the simulation cannot be started due to the absence of several .dll files, recommending that I reinstall the program (move that turned out ineffective)
2) after a single 400 (of 1 hour of calculation) with a model that had to simulate a double screw coupling, attacking the h5 file the results of my interest (stations and stress) had disappeared, and only the information regarding contact between the surfaces was present. and the file until a moment earlier worked correctly, and presented the same output request.
3) the analysis starts without producing f06 files, so I can't verify the fatal error, or sometimes fatal error occurs that seemingly are not solved. the most absurd thing, is that from working models it is a moment to switch to models to throw.

I hope that some soul will help me, because this program is giving me too much trouble

difficult to help with this description. seem to be generic problems, can be caused by endless possibilities.
1- verify that the installation works, make a simple model, type plate framed with a propitiage and load. solve and evaluate results, sol 101.
2- spins the same model in sol 400. and see if the solutor works.
3- Once you've made sure you don't have solutor problems, you start with your model. initially bonded contacts and then switch to touching, one at a time.
4- moving from a working model to one to throw is impossible, but that, making a change, then do not turn, is normal. used to make many versions and write a log files with changes between versions, easy to make a step back

Hi, thank you, in the end, most of the problems I solved them using the calculation pole of my university. Apparently he couldn't complete the calculations because of the insufficient resources of my pc (however quite powerful).
another problem was related to thread contacts and any interference between mesh. I carefully chose biases and correct tolerances and stopped giving all those problems.
the choice instead of saving backups turned out to be winning, because problems of the genre often happened. in any case I finished the project and went really well
