problems conversion dft in pdf

Hello, everyone. use solidedge to realize my projects for a long time. Unfortunately, I have only recently encountered problems in the batch conversion of dft drawings in pdf. The same thing also occurs when saved by name, in pdf, a table. the error message that appears is "impossible to save path_file.dft due to an error in file conversion". What happened? How do I solve it?

with the save as command, the format is taken from the extension, both from program, and from external programs (batch).
if there are network problems or is open by various users, or the file has corrupted, there may be incompatibility, reboot.
