realization of a cover with spline

Good evening boys; I am building the model of a cover through level curves and section lines generated as spline. Do you know a simple way to succeed in intersecting these entities perfectly in space?! I know that autocad is not the most indicated program for this kind of work, but at the moment I can not do otherwise! thanks in advance

Have you tried with the loft command?

the loft command should be of help but attention that does not connect any type of entity, and even the equal entities must all be open or all closed
