results fem nx nastran beginner

Good evening to all,
I'm sure some users can help me. I found myself having to make a simulation with nx nastran. in post processing the model is represented with the maximum efforts related to the nodes and that related to the elements the same applies to the deformations. the two entities are different for example the max effort on the elements is 60mpa while the maximum effort on the knots is 100mpa. my question is this with which of the two values should I compare my material yielding voltage? Can you explain to me what changes? I found almost nothing about this problem on the net.

the value in the element is always obtained through an average of the stress values between the knots that surround the element. the fem always solves in the domain of the nodes. That said, a difference of this type is not acceptable. I suggest you cool the mesh.
(in any case I'm assuming that the maximum nodal effort is in a knot that belongs to the element in which the maximum elementary effort is found. if it is not so wrong all )
