Hello everyone, I beg you not to have found any discussion about it, I enlighten you my problem.
Meanwhile I want to point out that I have a discreet ws - asus rog g752vt with dedicated video card nvidia gtx 970m.
I have installed revit 2016 for a few months and sincerely I have never had any slowdowns of this kind.
I am currently working on a project that is not even too heavy in terms of mb, in fact it is about 65mb.
working in the various views of plants, sections, prospects and 3d, revit is very fluid.
I then came to have to jam the tables and here the slowing problems began.
video regeneration is snappy and very slow... what can depend on?
I even tried to remove hardware acceleration from settings but nothing changes.
Any idea?
Thank you.

So, after some tests I realized what it depends on.
loading a 3d view in the table begin slowing down.
in the project I needed to insert the hedera on a pergola.
naively I imported a cad item downloaded from the internet.Screenshot 2016-07-25 09.05.02.webpI tried to hide it in the display and everything works great.
At this point I ask you if you have families revit of edera to be able to pass that they are not simple cad blocks.
Thanks again and I hope that my negative experience will serve others.
