roughness in sheet format

hello to everyone, mark this problem that I'm finding: I am updating an existing sheet format to which I added a note with a series of neutral roughness symbols to be changed when necessary (it is a text note with symbols, not symbols united in a block). I'm going to save and it looks okay.

at the moment I go to open a new design, imposed the format just saved, correctly loads the series of roughness but I find in addition a series of overlapping wrinkle symbols below left at the origin of the sheet. I tried to delete them, save the sheet format again but at each new upload they reappear.

You know what this might be about? I have version 2020 sp5.0

probably automatically adds the blocks present in correspondence to the coordinates of the point of its origin
