scenes that are not seen

Bye to all,
I'm trying to make a video of a mechanical set that I designed and wanted to put a background set. then I go to "scensing application", select "workshop (with background)", but I do not see anything at all! the background changes color, but the image does not see...

I tried to look in the help, but I didn't find anything that could help me. .
Could it be a graphic card problem? or a bug?

to see the scenes directly on screen in "dynamic mode" (as well as statically with photoworks) you have to view in real view and this you can only do it if you have certified card (fx picture envy for example).
What card do you have?

I have a nvidia geforce 7400.. You say it's not okay? Anyway, do you think I can make an animation with the background behind even if realview doesn't suit me?
