I downloaded the service pack in msi format but after a few seconds from the start of the procedure appears a message that informs me of the impossibility to complete the operation cause incompatibility of version or problems of windows installer.

p.s. verify that it has not already installed (it is the second most common error).

the version rtm is that virgin exit from the house .. therefore without any service pack;

advice :
download and install the service pack1 taking care before disabling the antivirus ..
then do the same thing with the sp2

In fact the rtm is the one without sp (my with the sp2 is the build 223.
do as eugenesis suggests, although sp2 should be cumulative.

I also searched on the internet, but there is a case that goes from java, to temporary files, to user reviews permissions, in the presence of the installation key inserted in the pc.
I don't know what to suggest: I would go from the easiest (or available) to the most difficult.
then I would insert the installation key, delete temporary user files and even windows files, uninstall design review. I would reinstall the latter and then try with sp2
