Good morning.
using the solidworks sheet functions in the cutting range appear in a lot of more or less useful information (thickness, mass, boundary area, boundary length, etc.).
all these properties can be used in the table harvests recalling these properties in the various tables as separate cutting or distinct materials.
my problem is that in the field for me more important, i.e. description, the sheet is automatically displayed; so every time I put on the table a component created with sheet metal I have to enter the 3d cutting distinction and write what I want to make appear (e.g. sheet sp. 4mm).
Obviously this makes it waste time and also increases the chances of making writing mistakes.
how do I appear in the list of information that comes out automatically only the information that I want (to me would only need description, mass, material, thickness) and make appear in the field always description the written "lamiera sp. xmm" where instead of x takes the value of the field thickness?
This would allow me to put a sheet on the table without having to put the properties by hand.
