hi, I am following a book (of ansys in particular) to do exercises for static structural calculation (monodimensional in this case should be) and at the end of the chapter there are exercises (see in particular attached image). I think it's trivial but I just can't figure out how to do it. in the chapter of the exercise there is an example in which a structure is drawn only with lines then is given the section (the same) for all beams, in the exercise (of the attached image) instead I find a beam in which the first section has section to the second 2a and the third a. how do you give the attributes to then create a mesh that reflects the geometry of the beam?? I can't really understand and maybe it's a cable ... I'm a new user of ansys, thank you
