sldasm to step

Good morning to all,
I write because I find myself in difficulty.
I was sent a file in sldasm format (solidworks), but I use it as a program for the 3d freecad, so I need a step format.
would you know to indicate a program (online or not) of conversion to pass the 3d design from sldasm to step?

first ask who sent you the file to send you back to step.

or post the file, I should be able to open it with my cad and convert it.

workbench grabcad, from here you can enter, upload files and turn them into various formats for free.
