snap per centro in assembly

Hello everyone, I have a problem with selecting a center of a mouthpiece. I am working with an assembly file and I would need to select the center of a circle so as to give it a distance relationship with the right plane and the top floor but when I try to pass the mouse on the sketch that identifies the bushing I can in no way select its geometric center. ..I must say that I once managed, when I was trying to solve a problem in another discussion ("assembly problem"), after that time never again. I tried to select from the "tools" tendon and then "relations", "quick snaps" but nothing.

Enables visualization of the temporary axes and uses that for mating.
do not post the file... Maybe you can find the problem and give you precise directions. . .
